@siorusbzns654 1.- It scrapes data without the consent of the creator, comparing it to referencing is just dumb when it is all done automatically.
2.- Comparing it to photography is also dumb, for photography you need timing, you need to walk and to study where will you take the picture. AI is just automatic and no matter how many things you add, it is still just an automatic machine that gives you what you want based on a description.
3.- This is just the classic Modern Art defense, "The meaning makes the art!" Although it is true, that does not mean that art still can avoid criticism, for example i dislike Jackson Pollock because i believe his art has no meaning. Why is this important? Because you have to let the meaning be comprehended easily, and just splatting without care is not skill. The meaning is shown by how much skill it took to make, if they just make it quick, it hides the meaning and makes it just boring slop. And saying that AI shows any type of learning is an exageration, you learn the same with writing a descriptor. AI is just describing to a robot what you want.
