cause they can do it 10x more impact. more covertly intelligently and persistantly and never have recourse... lol. creating content is only very surface level. of what it can already do. its very hard to comprehend what dark web evil people can think of ways to use future better ai..to extort money from PEOPLE AND business by slander and destroy business completely easily with reviews and time wasting fake calls /emails and millions other things that can be insanely bad like extremely advanced scams.... even thretening harm to people in various ways... and this is still very surface level of small percent of what can do----- anyrate this is only USA based laws... it doesnt really do much....
