I work in infosec and I get calls from sales people for tools literally every day. I noticed that every single tool leads with hiwbthey have AI now. In the tooling we have rhat AI was implemented it has been a net negative and majorly so. The one thing it has been good for is quickly summarizing incidents. Its far too unreliable for analysis. And when it comes to AI based detections irs horrible. Im talking false postive rates OVER 999/1000. And thats in a specilized AI trained just for identifiying intrusion. Its a great tool but replacement is copium from AI bros, at least in areas whete you have sensitive data or legal liability. Id never hire an AI lawyer. They have limitations that are architectural. Until a architecture takes over im worrying less and less every day about them replacing anything beyond low level assistant type stuff.
