I also saw the transition from PMT and photographic press to personal laser printers.. the rise of 'desktop publishing' and there was exactly the same verbiage flying around.. the end of all these jobs.. etc.. meanwhile typesetters bought pro laserprinters and costs went down.. and they kept on trucking. People forget that pro artists will be pro artist AI users.. vs. untrained or unskilled AI users.. think Disney movies.. you can't use just tools.. talent must be included.. (rant over)
