To create those AI images they steal millions of images of art and use the data of those images to create slop. Also "AI is accessible: it is, or do you not value your time at all?" makes no sense, like this is just gibberish. Anyways just pick up a pencil, you own a pencil or a pen in your house and some paper too, you can make art with that.
