No. They only consented for these images to be on the site. They neve consented for them to be used to train programs that only exist to dehumanize art.

And this is irrelevant. Better programs exist, and people will build models with thousands of times the size, and hundreds of times the quality of images produced. And that companies can still use stable diffusion to replace artists, even if it gets better.

No. The program is a mindless algorithm that is only scanning for patterns, and then generating something to fit those patterns. It is not capable of deviating from the learned patterns like a human is.
