You need to do a serious investigation on how many of these people are not being replaced by AI. How much of that is a talking point by these companies. What they're actually doing is increasing H1B visas and offshoring. You need to look at one to one H1B applications after layoffs and the increase and price point of offshore same titles. Because maybe 10% of this is AI number one and the rest is H1B's and offshoring in these companies are lying to get away with it and to obfuscate and misdirect.
