Because they might be smarter then you. Claude code is still terrible and shouldn't be used in production, if you can't see this, you were not a programmer. Also you are going to product management and sales? The most worthless jobs in the whole chain that will get fired way before programmers. I never could stop laughing about the idea having a specific product manager (that was always the project manager in the past).
