Are you talking about "none of them" in the EU, or "none of them" in the U.S.? If the latter, this is what I like to call *FALSE.* Waymo is SAE Level 4, and it takes responsibility for damages a Waymo vehicle causes. M-B Drive Pilot is SAE Level 3, and arguably takes responsibility for damages a system failure causes while Drive Pilot is engaged.
