@blockify Man, you missed my point completely. What this hearing was, will not stop the development of AI. Neither will it slow it down. The only thing, they asked for was to limit it's avaiability to the 2 groups most likely to abuse. Huge corporations and governments.
Coprop and governments will have the "license". That is not an issue for them. But all of these rules will make you unable to use AI to make your life better in any way.
