I appreciate the critique! I probably could have gone more in-depth, but my explanation was through the skit after I mention it sounds like propaganda. The way a child and an AI create an image based on the information they have retained are so fundamentally different that it feels disingenuous to call them both "learning".
Either way, the concept of an AI learning was not the main focus of that chapter; I mostly used that argument as a way to include the dystopian propaganda joke (while also briefly explaining my point of view through the subtext in the joke).
