@RandomUser311 that's ridiculous, nobody will derive a demand for human artists to document all their lifetime sensory input from a requirement for commercial AI art to prove that its dataset contains no unlicenced copyrighted material. generative AI can more easily log its entire input data than you can recall what you ate yesterday. and what I'm proposing is a strong distinction between humans and AI, you can't derive equivocation between AI and humans from that. you are being incredibly dense.
