@littlefinger4509 Actually yes, it often does. Games are art, game artists need to know how games work at least at some level, and even ignoring games - 3D art requires you to make shaders, which are programmable, compositing also involves programming, animation often has to be automated, I am a 3D artist and I learned python a bit just to automate some renders in blender.
But your argument is still bad. Do you have to be a world class chef to say that a food you're being provided sucks or that it would be better if you put some pepper on it?
And instead of being so smug, would you be so kind and enlighten us? I honestly bet you'll be wrong or non-descriptive like you're reading bible, but I'd be glad to be wrong.
