@AsianDadEnergy I would argue that we cannot clearly see the distinction. We might, at least partly, also be predicting the next token in a deeper way, just hidden in alot of nestled systems that we cannot see. It is impossible to draw any conclusion as we just do not know how our own intelligence works. I agree that just a pure LLM will not get us to AGI type systems but it might be a central component.
