@ContaDeestudo-t5w Same here. He gave the prompt to the AI image generator, so the resulting image is AI-generated based on his idea. He labeled it as his because he provided the concept to the generator that created it. It's similar to how companies hire engineers to build a product based on the company’s idea; the final product is owned by the company, not the engineers, and that's legally recognized.
If the prompt itself involves copyrighted material, like generating an image of Goku, then it may be illegal. But artists do this too; they also create such works.
