You imagine? No trucking businesses = America grinds to a halt. Try imagining better. It's lose-lose in that scenario. Is it one's God given right to be provided a job by massive corporations? Perhaps put that imagination of yours to better use and imagine an industry where automation is a more distant dream.. tricky, but doable. Then when that industry catches up to automation, move on.. or get a job in maintenance, repairs, design or manufacturing of said automated machinery. This scenario has occured throughout history, it's nothing new, the world didn't tip off it's axis. There's no room in a type 1 civilisation with this archaic mindset.
