Not correct. Rational. This is not the same as the automobile. One could argue Netflix should have to pay all the writers anyway if it is going to use AI because it is using their work train the machines which develop the content and the machines end up producing highly derivative works. Plus, you have to remember the resource required for the AI is produced by writers. It is important to keep that resource flowing.
