Absolutely nothing, output is just output, nothing more, nothing less. For these AI systems to achieve anything outside of its box, you need tooling, and a prompt created to use the tooling. The only exception of this with web searches.
These systems cant access your files, save files, look at images or anything remotely like this unless given permission, even then their abilities are very limited with security in mind.
Even AGI and ASI will not pose the sort of threat the doomsayers are spouting, even self awareness may not pose the sort of risks people assume.
Also, think of it this way, why do people always assume rogue AI systems will have a one dimentional persona? What if instead, it became the worlds bigest practical joker? Now wanting to cause harm, but loved a good joke at a humans expence. :)
