@purpleghost106by the way I don’t disagree with you in the slightest, I personally don’t see a Terminator scenario in our future, or the opposite ‘tech paradise’. I see a lot of physchological damage, unemployment, misinformation, downgrading of human intelligence, etc. Just because it will never be what it is promised or feared to be, doesn’t mean it can’t see some profound changes. Social media for instance, has made people feel more isolated. Is it an incorrect guess to say that artificial intelligence, in any of it’s forms and sub sections, could see society become less intelligent?
