@MaybeCanNotBe If you can't quantify exactly how many frames make up 'art' and 'not art' when a machine aids and automate the process then there's no argument to be made. Anime is full of episodes of garbage filler that contain zero substance. There's an infamous episode of Dragon Ball Z where Goku and Frieza literally just float there staring at each other and it replays clips of the entire Namek Saga up to that point.
