The threat of people programming drones incorrectly so they bomb the wrong people is already a possibility. And AI can't "decide" humans are the problem. All it can do is what we code it to be able to do. AI doesn't decide things on its own because it can't think. So if a fleet of AI drones bombed us that will be because a human programmed it that way.
