Not sure what you mean by this, but the video was *entirely* about "Autopilot tech".

How did you come to this conclusion? Autopilot is much more than cruise control. First, it includes TACC (Traffic-Aware Cruise Control), not just basic cruise control as you seem to believe. Further, it includes Autosteer, which others call Lane Centering.
_It's misleading to say it's fully atonamous_
No one anywhere, ever claimed that Autopilot is fully autonomous. FSD (Full Self Driving) is getting very close; but this video is about Autopilot, not FSD.
