@charx9149 I'm pretty confident people did not intentionally code an "algorithm" this way (I'm pretty sure this would not be considered an "algorithm" but we'll go with that for conversation sakes.) As it would be very easy to prove that code error. I can see how only having white employees testing the feature out could add to the issue (basically, if no black person tested it, they wouldn't know that it has a hard time picking up black people)
