I do love the sun and moon aspect of AI you highlighted. Everything humans create indeed has no inherent values, so to speak. A gun can kill a man as well as a plate.
This AI race has been "fuzzing" around with the US and China;I am wondering what will happen to Africa, Europe, and other continents? I think it is time for Africa to use our under-development to our advantage by using AI in more ethical ways that drive improvement, not dumbly following the West's or the East's ways of doing things.
