This. I'm working in web and print advertisement and my office space is divided. Half the people use AI to some degree in their work, the other half have enough pride left to at least work with stock images and text if they really need them. I have the luxury that I mostly get projects which either get the required artwork shipped by the client or are "freestyle" enough for me to get creative myself (which counts as a rather "ineffective" way of working in this branch sadly, because it means you're putting time and effort into things you're not initially paid for). Bottom line to me is that people in the creative space should understand what "creative" means. And people who actually need to work with AI should understand what "intellgence" means (and that AI isn't intelligent, at least in its current state - it's not learning, it's only ever mimicking). If people would understand this, the problem would only be half as big. Still intimidating, but manageable.
