If it's a 100% self created digital asset then that's not AI generated and if you're doing that, you'll have your work flow and any drafts as evidence. If you use AI to match motion and lighting to insert your digital asset on a live action scene then unless that was your live action content, that's just straight theft of the original content. And if your digital asset IS AI generated then how large a data set did you train it on and did you bother to ask the owners of the images/video you have in that data set?
Personally I hate that tech companies let marketing morons name stuff. AI is "artificial intelligence" and that's something we don't have yet. What is being used are complicated "machine learning" algorithms. There is zero actual thought or intelligence or creativity in it. It's just massive data sets that make a convincing illusion of thought and creativity behind it from the machine.
