My workplace integrated AI into it and now the AI blocks you at least 5 times when you want to ask L2 tech support to go to the backend to do something for the customer like integrate the data security socket. Before the tool used to connect you as soon as you typed in "Transfer to Advanced Technical Support." They also integrated it into the headsets so it is spying on people's conversations without their knowledge
