The guy in the fedora is just the biggest larper I've ever seen. No SENTIENT AI is going to be able to upload itself to a smartphone in a capacity that it would still be functional in the same way, not to mention we're talking about an AI capable of getting past all layers of security built into operating systems. Your smartphone would have to be the size of a CVS and AI is not even CLOSE to defeating operating systems. The guy is just fantasizing out loud.
