The AI is a tool. It doesn’t learn unless the person using it works with it. It takes from an archive, website or storage, mixes based on the prompts the user gives it and they can be specific as hell, like using an artist they like as a prompt. By all accounts, the AI doesn’t steal; the person using the AI does and they do so KNOWING who they’re taking or stealing from.
