I'm not religious in any sense of the word, but AI is something I consider calling "Demontech". Not only is it creating a world that consumes resources on an elevated level for the sake of "efficiency", the people behind it are just sociopathic and want to strip us of creativity for profit. It can be helpful on very niche things and just be an assistant, but the way people are encouraged to use it is horrifying: advanced scamming, lies and absolute slop, this "AI" tech mirrors humanity's worst aspects imo
