You shouldn't use it for like school and stuff but for different reasons, because there was a study put out by the BEST SCHOOL in France showing that relying on ai (art or writing) causes BRAIN ATROPHY specifically COGNITIVE ATROPHY which is the atrophy of your most important part of your brain
