Current FedEx driver here. We do have AI cameras but thankfully they're way more dumb than Netradyne lol. They don't even detect traffic lights. For more minor offenses like phone distraction, following distance and speed, it just gives you warnings over and over. You have to be doing it for a while for it to count as a violation. If you do get one, it doesn't get automatically counted against you either. To my understanding, someone watches the video and if they decide it's valid, then it gets counted against you. We also don't have any driver ranking system to worry about.
