I agree with your fair use opinion but disagree with the 'AI can't do that because it's not human' part. I see a lot of artists deluding themselves thinking that AI created stuff can't be enjoyable because it wasnt created by someone who felt the emotions or lived the experience. I only care about the final product. If I like the look of the art or the sound of the song, I really dont care whether it was inspired by someone's real life experience. To think that people as a whole will reject AI art and music is wishful thinking.
