You don't have to have permission to use the art for processing purposes. They are only processing a digital image and adjusting weights and biases in the neural network to reproduce the image from noise. Do this a million times over and there's only 0.0001% of the artwork remaining. You're gonna believe that drawing shouldn't be allowed either because your memory serves as a reference to other art??
