@Mr_Noy Maybe. Though i agree with you, companies that pushed the AI (Like Taco Bell) are finding they are permanently losing customers, and people using phone services just demand to talk to a person anyways.
I'll just say, the tech isn't ready. And.... it may never be. Though some services certainly may work well enough with it (typically non-critical things).
