Nope. Won't work. Every culture literally ever has done something evil to fellow human beings.
The poor Jews are STILL dealing with antisemitism in the modern era. I havent ever heard of an evil or corrupt to the level our held up government is.
Teaching the A.I. any type of bias in any degree is a mistake. That information is now always there and you may as well start over. I dont know much about robotics, but changing the automated programming isn't as easy as retyping a line. And this stuff is even more complex.
You basically need to make an A.I. and gift it sentience in some way. It needs to understand the world around it before these things make sense to me.
