depends on the nation. i am sure more introverted nations´ people, like japan and finland, love automated things rather than awkward humans.
.. especially when dont need to deal with _foreigners_ anymore who try to speak bad finnish and japanese, one of the hardest languages in the world, in customer service. to them, i am sure, the native-speaking robot feels like a heaven in customer service, in comparison.
