@LaplacianFourier The difference is irrelevant in regards to creation. Baboon to toddler, machine to happenstance, creativity isn't defined by money. Creativity, or more specifically -- art -- is just meant to make you feel something.
Why do you make the distinction? Does some omnipotent being descend from the stars to see if you have enough money in your bank account to hum a tune? No? Then the distinction is irrelevant.
Of all the things AI can and will be used for, this is by far the tamest. Save the protest for stuff like bioweapons or AI-driven/developed malware
