That is not how it works. That is not legal under normal circumstances, and is only allowed to be done under specific exception(in most countries), or if the courts decide it is ok(the USA).

I did. They were murdered, oppressed, and imprisoned down by the British army, all because they protested against the capitalistic use of automation to get around standard labor practices.
