@JeffreyGoddin the small businesses whose owners are willing to adapt will be around. Those willing to embrace Ai all while instilling an excellence for customer care and service, while keeping a human face will be invaluable.
I'm in fitness. Own a fitness business for 15 years, in the industry for almost 30. Ai can easily replace all of what I do. But what it can't is connect with my clients on a truly human level. I use Ai in my business TREMENDOUSLY to make my job far more efficient and do it without hiring a huge team. Just me and my virtual assistant. But the time it frees me to connect personally with my clients around the world is astonishing.
Business owners need to realize the unique selling point they offer if they embrace ai, which can help cut costs and output time, and shift to how they can personally connect with their customers better and more.
