2. Uhm, name one government that supports this. At this point, the only governments that even mentioned this are the UK government(which is neutral, but leaning towards opposing this), the Chinese Government(who put laws and regulations on this already), and the Japanese government(which is actually leaning towards being supportive, but it is not exactly forcing it to succeed.).
