@sitnamkradYeah, photography is an art. What people find meaningful in a work of art attributes to a vast amount of concepts (including why the shutter button is pressed in the first place, mind you). Is it possible that you're alluding to using AI as a "tool" for transformative art? Because primitive materials have been automated long before generative AI became disruptive and stock assets that stand on their own were made with human control and are as plentiful. GenAIs, as far as we know, are models designed to emulate the end product. Nothing new ever comes out of them, only husks of human creativity coated in a modicum of flair.
Incorporating genAI into the creation process for the sake of it just means diluting the artwork when you willingly deprive yourself of things that mattered.
