Valid points you see here, and i would like to respond to two of them.
1. For sure art can require lots of studying.
However, do you have to study for any amount of time for your work to be art or copyrighted? No.
2. Every human is influenced by art they have seen aswell.
AI art might be trained on other art, but so are humans. No one needed to give you permission for that.
And 2. Is beside my point, that the creative process should be copy-rightable.
