The power plug of the whole world? Where is that? Remember every government in the world (both bad and good) are working to develop their own models and there isn't a single plug to pull. AI cannot be stopped! The panel talks about laws and regulations, but they are only talking about US law, not laws in china, russia etc. Also models more powerful than ChatGPT 3 years ago, which had to be run in massive data centres, can now be run locally on powerful PC's in peoples homes. How do you unplug local models running in millions of homes accross the globe?
