@Patriasburg That might also be another way to think about it, but as I understand it, Planck's Length is a little more nuanced than that. I think I read that it is just impossible to make measurements/observations of anything smaller. BUT you also have to take into account that atoms also have a radius, and that they can only be squeezed so close together before they start pushing back. Technically, your hands never actually "touch" therefore this paradox isn't actually a problem. You would keep halving the distances until the atoms start pushing back on each other, and at that moment it would be like your hands "touching". You wouldn't even come close to Planck's Length.
But you are right at least in the fact that my original comment isn't really applicable in the real world either. It does however show that even in a "mathematical reality" (as ChatGPT puts it), this would not be a problem.
I love how we are attacking seemingly philosophical paradoxes with physics/maths. Was quite fun!
