@MrNatsuDragneel Also I find that generally CEOs and shareholders can be very slow to come around to new realities and beliefs, even when there's plenty of evidence. They've gotten into the mental habit of thinking rather religiously AI= future and money, and for most letting go and accepting that it isn't true takes time, as well as just reflexively sticking to a way of thinking out of habit until forced to change.
I think the last few years, if nothing else, have demonstrated that people can be CEOs of massive successful companies and still be unbelievably foolish, ignorant, and without a fundamental understanding of economics. But have an outsized inflated opinion of their own capabilities.
