AI that can build multiple types of code is extremely hard to create. Then you have to spend time training the AI to understand customers requests and mispellings and various lingo. Then you have to have to have servers and infrastructure to do it. It's possible but it would be a longer term investment and it's likely the CEO just wanted a scam to run away with.
