To be a bit more clear, i think fair use is verry important and the goal of fair use is to do transformative things with the creative output of someone else against their will. Otherwise, you could just ask for permission. If using art to feed it into a giant algorithm, that makes an amalgam of everything it has seen isn't transformative, then what is?
AI can still be bad. I don't buy the argument, that it takes work from humans, but it is definitely to centralised and has a lot of other problems.
