If you only intend to use art to make your idea into something visible then sure AI app is easier and quicker. However, if you believe that human artists could be fully replaced, we'll have to wait until AI app are fully sentient and understands the human emotions. For now, all they can do is just make something that looks "good" but lacks the ability to invoke subtle emotions
