@litfiana5417 , so Jingna Zhang has already written a few words about this and China has already made an announcement that they are banning AI art without watermarks. Ok, so let's say every country cannot agree on a common standard for AI regulation. That only makes it more important to allow each visual arts community in every country to petition their local govt and lawmakers for representation. We already know that many countries as they are now do not respect the same laws for human right, but each country's citizens are protected under the laws of their own country. Such should be the same for artists. As for music, the artists I have talked to say music AI has been around longer than visual AI. If that is the case, we can only assume that they have not entered widespread use because their owners are afraid of being sued by the record labels. If you think about DMCA takedowns, not every country honors DMCA, but Google sure does, and it's impossible to get taken down content using their browser
